Strengthening Public Leadership

Program that seeks to transform leadership that is oriented to public issues in Colombia,

through a capacity building model that prioritizes these kinds of skills. This way, organized citizens, private actors, and public workers can obtain better results in their leadership activities. 

The program gathers the experience of Fundación Origen and Fundación Corona's Participa+ Model to develop an approach that is different to the traditional one used in other leadership programs.
